At Hak5, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition to ensure you have the best tools for your penetration testing and security research. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical troubleshooting.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Visit our Support Portal and submit a ticket with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all antennas, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit for your return.

• 3.
  Ship to Hak5

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
